LEAP MENTORING PROGRAM
The Learning and Energizing for Aspiring Partners (LEAP) Mentor Program is an opportunity for DMAS to
- Provide for an exchange of information and knowledge among members of different divisions within the agency.
- Encourage the development of leadership skills that can be gained easier through application and guided practice rather than by education and training.
- Show employees in a visible way that they are valued and are a part of DMAS' future.
- Provide a supportive environment to include ongoing interactions, coaching, teaching, and role modeling that can facilitate progression within the organization.
- Help communicate the mission and values of the Agency.
Employees can inquire about the program by contacting dmasmentoring@dmas.virginia.gov
